Shipping times

Shipping of merchandise is usually within 3 to 10 business days.

All returns require the serial number off the item for processing.  Every product comes with a 100% satisfaction guarentee.  If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship please fill out a RMA request to have your order returned. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all non-defective returns.

Policies

We realize that, despite our elaborate efforts to help you make the best possible selection, there may be times when you will not be 100% satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and tell us you’d like to return it. We’ll promptly issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. We’ll then submit the information to the supplier who promises FULL refund on the return of the product. Shipping fees are not reimbursable. An RA number is required for all returns.

In the unfortunate event you receive an item with a defect, or the wrong item, we’ll be happy to repair it, replace it or refund your money. Simply notify us immediately and follow the same return process as outlined in the above paragraph. As with all returns, an RA number will be required.

Please note: Insurance is included with shipment, BUT if the package is shown as delivered, we do not refund/exchange. IF the USPS shows it as delivered, they do not pay claims.

All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charge
